Kathryn Donadio

Kathryn (Kate) Donadio is the managing partner of Dolomites Consulting Group as well as the Founder of several lifestyle and community brands including Sunshine State of Living, Ms Nautica Official, and Tampa Dogs. Kate moved to Tampa Bay from the Baltimore, MD area in 2015 after graduating college with honors. She earned degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she held numerous leadership positions including the captain of NDMU’s soccer and lacrosse teams.

Passionate about helping people reach their goals, Kate has developed a history of success in marketing, training, and consulting for a variety of clients. Kate brings important consumer insight, creativity, and data-driven results to develop integrated and custom marketing strategies that breed success. In her free time, you can find Kate coaching lacrosse, volunteering for veteran and environmental causes, and exploring the outdoors with her dog Shadow.
